Who we are
This website is operated by Masitopa (Pty) Ltd, trading as Wizdim (referred to here as "we", "us", or "Wizdim"). Masitopa (Pty) Ltd is the data controller for personal information collected through this site. You can reach us at matthew@masitopa.com.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us. If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, and any company name, description, or message you provide. We do not use tracking cookies. If website analytics are enabled, they are aggregate and privacy-preserving, and do not identify you individually.
Why we use it
We use the information you send solely to respond to your enquiry and to correspond with you about it. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it
We use a small number of service providers to run the site and relay your message: a hosting provider for the website, and an email delivery provider to forward contact-form submissions to us. These providers process the information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and then delete it unless we have a specific reason to retain it.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it. Email matthew@masitopa.com and we will respond.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
